Ingredients
4 tomatoes, chopped
4 Persian cucumbers, chopped
1⁄2 small white onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1⁄2 tsp dried mint
1⁄2 tsp crushed red chili powder (or ancho chile powder)
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss, and serve.
