When I used to work at a coffee shop I was on the recipe development team. One of my favorite recipes that I came up with was this S'mores Frappe. It nearly rivals the Frozen Hot Chocolate (which actually might be my all-time favorite).
The secret ingredient to any frappe is the Ghiradelli Vanilla Premium Frappe powder — it thickens it up and adds a creamy texture to an otherwise icy drink.
Recipe:
½ scoop Ghiradelli Vanilla Premium frappe powder
1 tbsp grahm cracker crumbs
1 pump toasted marshmallow (use 2 pumps if you want to add a shot of espresso)
1 tbsp Ghiradelli sweet ground chocolate & cocoa powder
Directions:
Fill your cup with ice, and add it to a blender. Fill the same cup halfway with milk and add to the blender.
Add in all other ingredients, then blend until it reaches a desired consistency.
Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
