Ingredients
Filling:
1 lb of medium or fine egg noodles
3 eggs
1 lb cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup butter or margarine
Topping:
1 1⁄2 cups coarsely crushed Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies
1⁄2 stick butter or margarine, melted
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Cook noodles. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and butter together in a large bowl. Stir in noodles, and place mixture in prepared pan.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread over top of the noodle kugel. Bake for 1 hour.
