Ingredients
1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1⁄4 cup oil
1⁄3 cup creme de menthe liquor
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
1⁄3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Beat all ingredients together until well combined. Bake in a coffee cake or bundt pan for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
