Arielle’s Mint Cake


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix

  • 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding

  • 1⁄4 cup oil

  • 1⁄3 cup creme de menthe liquor

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips

  • 1⁄3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

  2. Beat all ingredients together until well combined. Bake in a coffee cake or bundt pan for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
