Arielle’s Mint Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix 
- 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding 
- 1⁄4 cup oil 
- 1⁄3 cup creme de menthe liquor 
- 3 eggs 
- 1 cup sour cream 
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips 
- 1⁄3 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). 
- Beat all ingredients together until well combined. Bake in a coffee cake or bundt pan for 50 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
