Ingredients
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 (14 oz) can black beans
1 (10 oz) can corn
2 tomatoes
1 red onion (half, if it is a big onion)
Directions
Mix together salt, lime juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a small mixing bowl.
Drain the black beans and the corn. Add to a large mixing bowl with the chopped purple onion. Pour the sauce over top and mix together.
