Mocha Frosting for Angel Food Cake

This is my mom’s (Robin’s) favorite birthday cake. The best part is when you can have it for breakfast the next morning!

Ingredients

• 1 pint heavy whipping cream

• 1 cup milk

• 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding

• 1 tbsp instant coffee

Directions

1. Whip all ingredients together.

2. Frost a prepared angel food cake.

3. Enjoy!
