Nanna’s Meatballs

From Robin: “Nanna always had sauce on the stove. Whenever we visited, there was sauce and pasta ready to eat. Their dog — a chihuahua named Chi-chi — always had pasta in his food dish. He was the fattest chihuahua ever!”

  • 3 lbs hamburger meat

  • 6 slices of bread, soaked in water

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tsp salt

  • 3 tsp pepper

  • 3 tbsp parsley

  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Canola oil
