Ingredients
3 lbs hamburger meat
6 slices of bread, soaked in water
3 eggs
3 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
3 tbsp parsley
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Canola oil
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together using your hands, until well blended.
Roll into meatballs about 1 1⁄2 inches in diameter — or to preference
Fry in canola oil until browned. Add to sauce once fried.
