Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2⁄3 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 beaten eggs

  • 1⁄4 cup minced onions

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1⁄4 tsp pepper

  • 1⁄2 tsp sage

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs chopped meat


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

  2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk in a large bowl. Add eggs, onions, salt, pepper, sage, and meat. Mix well with hands.

  3. Shape into a loaf, and bake for 1 hour.

Note: Use a mix of lamb, veal, and beef for a tastier loaf.
