Ingredients
2⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
1⁄4 cup minced onions
1 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp pepper
1⁄2 tsp sage
1 1⁄2 lbs chopped meat
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Soak breadcrumbs in milk in a large bowl. Add eggs, onions, salt, pepper, sage, and meat. Mix well with hands.
Shape into a loaf, and bake for 1 hour.
Note: Use a mix of lamb, veal, and beef for a tastier loaf.
